A. GENERAL:
1. Art style always slightly changes after every commission done.
2. I have the right to refund/refuse commissions I am not comfortable or confident with.B. PAYMENTS:
1. Due to a lot of incidents where I do not get paid, I will now require upfront payments for every commission.C. REVISIONS:
1. I allow minor adjustments needed to any submitted/completed art. But please notify me immediately or within 2 weeks from completion.D. DEADLINE AND DELIVERY:
1. Please download and save files I send to you in your own storage. I try to clean my PC and delete raw files monthly, while deleting images at least once a year. Lost files cannot be replaced.
2. No rush orders. I usually mention how long it would take me to finish, but feel free to ask me for updates anytime.
3. Please consider a 1-2 weeks waiting time/turnover per slot. (I have other priorities as well.)
4. I run errands on weekends and barely have time to draw, please consider counting only weekdays!E. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS / USE:
1. Art you commission from me is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may make them as banners, icons, charms, stickers or edit them as long as they are not sold/used for profit.
2. I do not allow commissioned art from me to be used or uploaded as NFTs.
3. Do not intentionally feed any of my artwork into any AI generative programs.
4. Do not claim my artwork as yours. (Do not remove my signature without my notifying me).
5. I may use your commissions as samples or may be added to my portfolio. I might also upload them on my art socials. Please notify me if you prefer not to.F. REFUNDS:
